I had ordered one of these from another vender and really liked the size. I wanted my daughter to have these since she is short on space, and I ordered two more keepers from this vendor. Though they arrived in a timely manner and were the same item I already owned, one did not have the cup attached to the inside of the lid, the top storage lid was not attached, and that lid pops off easily when the keeper is opened to the full extent. For the price and purpose of use, it wasn’t worth sending the product back. I would order from the vendor if need arises.

This is a fantastic product…I very highly recommend it. The scoop stays clean clipped inside the lid, so your hands aren’t covered in dog food crumbs. It clips tightly to keep bugs/pests out. You can clearly see how much food is left so you know when it’s time to replenish. There’s nothing bad to say about this great little bucket!

I really like this container. I ordered 20lb and it does hold 20lbs. It seals very well. I do recommend them. The only problem was I order 2 and the tops were different color blues and the were very dusty upon arrival.

Only one thing kept this from being a five-star item, but that one thing is the most important part of a product like this. The locking mechanism. I bought this to store the cats’ food after I discovered ants one time. It works extremely well by ensuring that no odors get out and keeping the food absolutely fresh.
The one downside to it is that the locking mechanism–two tabs on the front that push into place–are not the best design. They work well, but I had purchased another container (that I use for a garbage can) that has a much better system. (I may end up getting two more of those to use for the cat food so much better is the design.) I bought this one for the cat food because of the shape, thinking they could sit side-by-side in my food cabinet. Nope. Too big. I had to use two closets, and while that is not a big deal it pretty much ruined the reason I bought this one. My advice on this is to skip it and use the “Iris Airtight Food Container 21 QT, (Holds 20# Food), Trans Green.” That one’s locking mechanism is so much easier.
Note, however, that this one works fine. It does keep the food absolutely fresh, and no scents get outside. I just think the lock could have been better designed.

I like this container a lot. The 20lb kibble keeper holds the contents of my cat’s 20lb food bag, plus a little more. The lid is easy to use and snaps on, which is nice since my cat likes to try to get into the extra food. It looks nice in the room. It is tall instead of round, so it doesn’t seem to take up as much space as other containers.
